T-LEX, which stands for Tokyo Lambda Exchange, is a layer-1/2/3 IX for vairous academic or non-commercial networks. It is a brand new service being established in March-June 2004 and it is operated by WIDE Project and terminates the OC-192 circuit of IEEAF TransPacific link in Tokyo side. This is a similar facility to The Pacific Wave operated by The Pacific Northwest Gigapop, The University of Washington, and CENIC.
The current configuration internal to T-LEX is as follows:
When T-LEX provides layer-3 service in IPv4 and in IPv6, it uses AS23814.
